Awwww so sweet Mel <3 Yes butterflies can still exist even after several years (correction: we were dating for 8 years before we got married lol) but it's true, part of that feeling is the uncertainty of what's gonna happen next, what's he gonna say or do to keep me on my toes. Butterflies keep the spice in relationships. Now the question is, does he still have butterflies for me????

Hey, just stumbled across your blog. Great ideas on this post! You may want to proof-read and spell check before you submit the post, but other than that I agree with you ideas:)
Promises are hard to keep and even harder to keep when it’s a promise to yourself. It’s easy to lie to yourself and get away with it and sometimes we need an epiphany to realize that a change needs to occur in our lives for us to move forward and not stay at a stand-still.

Yes totally agree! Some would call us foolish and naive but I believe to find true happiness in any relationship is to let go of your ego and allow yourself to be vulnerable. You might get hurt…….left rejected but at least you can say you tried. Some relationships work out…some don’t…. this is the fact of life. But if you never try and build a defense wall and play mind games it will only lead you further in to unhappiness. Embrace love as it comes and have a little faith…………..

Very well written. Never expect anything because it usually ends up in disappointment. Give with genuwine love without expecting anything back in return and you may be surprised what you’ll recieve back in return.
